As part of the Parts Logistics Governance Team I was responsible for two major projects: - Implementation of an IT solution that (partially) automates the stocking parameters for domestic retail outlets in Japan in order to improve parts availability and reduce deadstock- Project Lead for a company-wide warehouse relocation project; acting as project manager and PMO as well as technical lead for work packages in certain areas of material flow planning, I have been entrusted with an extensive amount of responsibility allowing me to combine and extend my analytical skills with new, rich experience in leadership and project steering.The so-called "Sachiura Whs." move was successfully completed in May 2023, marking the end of my successful time with Daimler Trucks as I have decided to take a break from Japan. On a team at Mitsubishi Fuso (MFTBC) with highly diverse tasks circling around the correct pricing of truck and bus parts, I have been able to show my abilities gained in five years of work experience in Germany and also to build upon this skill set being given challenging tasks to improve the function of the team (e.g. creating faster and simpler workflows with Business Intelligence software).Since most of the full time employees on the team are native Japanese, I had further the ability to strengthen and improve my self-taught Japanese skills in a business environment and to be an effective team player in a multi-national group of people.Most notable achievements:- Within five months I acquired highly advanced skills in the Microsoft Power BI software, creating complex tools for the pricing business in MFTBC. - Passing on my knowledge of Power BI in coordinated training sessions in the Japanese language to colleagues - Working with top consultants from all over the world such as Simon Kucher & Partner and Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting LLC.

Having worked in the loan department of a local savings bank I was of valueable use for the factoring company: I was a supporter to process the necessary and complex KWG regulations for loans exceeding 1 Mio. €, that factoring companies are supposedly underlying just like regular banking institutes. Furthermore, I took care of regular office duties, mainly working with Microsoft Excel.
