I help companies improve their data, reporting, and analytical functions in order to provide better customer service and improve efficiencies by streamlining workflow, automating reporting, and designing effective tools.I dedicated to improving service to the customer by making complex systems simple and elegant. I build information systems, metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems using a variety of tools including Excel, VBA, Business Objects, SQL, and MS Access. I utilize these systems to do data analysis; in particular trend and root cause analysis. I then use the results of my analysis to help automate business processes and procedures. Results include reducing manpower requirements by 50%, and increasing production by 250%.I manage process improvement projects that improve operational efficiencies, increase productivity, reduce shipment transit time, and increase customer satisfaction.
