During all these conversations he was very patient, and very understanding. He encouraged me to tell him about every little detail, and made me feel like he cares about everything I had to say. He never blamed the sales rep I talked to, but still made me feel like my anger was justified. That's a difficult balance act. I know that it should be "Communication 101", but we all know it's not. Listening compassionately to somebody who is angry is a rare skill. He did not only listen, but also made me feel like I matter, like it is his personal responsibility to ensure that the issue gets resolved to my full satisfaction. His company must handle over a million accounts by now. I've never paid them for services, and still I felt like the most important person in Max's day. I'm grateful, and impressed, and I don't hesitate to recommend him for EXCELLENT communication skills and customer care, and I'm sure he trains others for the same qualities."
