I am a student at UNSW Business School, expected to graduate in 2026. I have been working as a waiter/runner at Merivale since December 2023, serving customers at various events and venues, such as Bar Totti’s, SCG and Allianz Stadium. I have developed core competencies in teamwork, leadership, and communication, as well as customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills.As a waiter/runner at Merivale, I have contributed to the success of the events and the satisfaction of the guests, working with a diverse and dynamic team of staff and managers. I have also learned from the best practices and standards of the hospitality industry. I am motivated by the challenge and the opportunity to learn new skills and meet new people, and I am passionate about delivering excellent service and creating memorable experiences for the customers.
