As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, I was held responsible for selling and delivering 15 new vehicles per month; completed all paperwork relating to a sale. I also worked on Business Development on the allocated area, and helped Sales Manager to achieve KPIs; was assigned to newly acquired branch, and held responsible for increasing performance and showing the way.As a new branch, Northern Bays Motors purchased recently, new vehicle sales was 15 units per month in total, I was employed to showcase ability to drastically increase sales numbers. With short period of time, I alone sold 20 units and performed constantly of 15 units in average. Within 2 years, the branch went from 15 units to 40+ in sales, mostly because people start believing they could do it. Moreover, I was assigned to actively develop new business relationships within franchise territory. Many of connections I developed back in 2013-2014, NWT has used until present, and I was able to reconnect with some lost connections in 2018 when I come back as a Sales Manager.
