About Max Franks

I am a passionate believer in Jesus Christ who desires to give Him glory in all things. I’m also a talented engineer with a history of entrepreneurship. I love building things, writing and telling stories, and connecting with people where they are.I have well over a decade of engineering and entrepreneurial experience, including mechanical, aerospace and software engineering. I have started two companies and have worked for start-ups for nearly my entire career. I also have experience in project management, product development, and engineering management. I am gifted in project planning and managing product development teams, handling several projects simultaneously while offering creative solutions and building strong team members for their personal development. While I have extensive engineering and technical experience, I am transitioning into a people-centered career at this stage of my life. My walk with the Lord has been catapulted forward in the last several years, and I desire my career to reflect these changes in me. I have stifled my creativity outside of engineering and desire to begin exploring all the ways God created me to create, either through writing, audio/video production, or design.I am looking primarily for part-time work at the moment while I'm in transition.
