I'm Max Lovell, a versatile and driven software engineering student at Miami University. Known for being analytical, conscientious, ethical, and efficient in task completion, I am eager to contribute my skills to a dynamic team and take on real-world challenges. I spent the summer of 2024 in the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky Summer Program where I learned the manufacturing process from start to finish in Toyota’s largest vehicle manufacturing plant in the world. My assignments encompassed data collection for Production Engineering and quality control responsibilities to support the ingenuity of launching a new production line.My academic interests include software development, computer science, data analytics, supply chain management, and material handling. To prepare for a successful future, I have gained experience with Java, Python, GitHub, HTML, MATLAB, Tableau, PowerShell, Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs), and SQL Databases. I have also obtained three IBM Certifications encompassing data analytics concepts and a NDG Linux unhatched certification.I am skilled in object-oriented programming. I have utilized dynamic memory recursion, object libraries, and binary/ASCII file processing to create a file management system for a grading application. By creating language-independent solutions and employing variables, control and data structures, error handling, and modular programming, I have cultivated critical thinking skills. I am confident in my ability to create algorithms and run a diverse range of simulations. As I look ahead, I am eager to secure an internship opportunity for the Summer of 2025. I am actively seeking opportunities to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. Excited to provide my unique perspective, I want to learn from experienced mentors, and contribute to the success of a forward-thinking company.
