As a Summer Intern at Asset One I am involved in a dynamic 8-week internship program designed to integrate sustainability into asset management frameworks for various companies in the energy sector. My role encompasses various phases and activities that contribute to enhancing asset performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and aligning with business goals. Responsibilities include:- Outline project scope, define key stages, establish timelines, and assign responsibilities.- Study the latest trends and best practices in sustainable business and asset management.- Write actionable guides on conducting sustainability audits and understanding frameworks.- Track project progress, ensure milestones are met, and provide weekly summaries.- Test resources for usability, gather feedback, and validate tools before finalization.

Responsible for conducting various tests and experiments related to cementing operations in the oil and gas industry. Liaising closely with engineers and other professionals to ensure that cementing operations meet the required standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.My responsibilities included:•Liaised with an interdisciplinary team at Halliburton, clients, and contractors, reporting the laboratory results and recommending solutions to over 20 multinationals.•Developed expertise around tender projects in O&G, ranging client interaction and meetings to report writing laboratory findings and results.•Worked in a Net Zero R&D Project, tailoring research for an alternate cement design tailored to the specific conditions of the North Sea. Responsible for testing, aiding senior engineers in QA/QC and tailoring the designs accordingly.•Completed 60 hours training on the use, calibration and fixing of High-Pressure High-Temperature machines, such as rheometers, consistometers and ultrasonic analysers. Applied thermodynamic and fluid mechanic principles with these devices.•Utilized aforementioned experience to mentor and train interns and graduates within the lab, from testing procedures to QA/QC and R&D.

Promoted from probation rate to permanent employee.•Specialized in iOS/MacOS troubleshooting, having previously completed 40 hours of technical and practical training.•Solved customers technical queries on all range of products and software/hardware issues, increasing customer satisfaction to 98% and increasing revenue every month by 5% during my post.
