Hi, I'm Max.I am currently living in Halifax, NS - Canada and I work as a Project Manager at REDspace. My other experiences are as a project manager for IBM, Voices, and project manager on an advertising agency and software house called CZ Brains. As a project manager, my responsibility is to make sure that our projects meet the client's expectations and that includes delivering the projects within the schedule, budget, and premium quality. From the agency perspective, the key activity related to my role is to establish an interface with all the teams involved in a project, making sure our workflow is not adversely affected.As an account executive, my role is to understand our client's needs, briefings, and expectations, to brief the teams that will work on the projects, and ensure a nice relationship between the agency and the clients.I also work as a Scrum Master, facilitating the communication and processes between all teams involved in the projects.International clients that I worked with: Sprint, Shell, Metlife, AT&T, DirecTV, Kemin, Bosch, Novartis, Trimble.In college, I had the opportunity to do many very interesting assignments, including three with real clients. In the last one, I worked doing marketing planning for a huge campaign developed for a fashion brand called Cavalera as my conclusion project.I am a very communicative person, client-focused, analytic, teamwork is a rule for me.
