Prudential is the biggest Life Insurance Company in Indonesia. More than 168 years of experience worldwide, Prudential has become a financial services company that has won the trust of many people from generation to generation. This experience also makes prudential a reference in the insurance company development system in Indonesia.In this role, I'm responsible to empowering my sales group to achieve sales target by motivating and providing marketing strategy direction. I also create marketing initiatives for the company.At this time, I experienced a change of insurance marketing approach from the conventional to the digital era, so I became one of the pioneers in digital insurance marketing by creating a web series an digital advertisement that was distributed through social media to get brand awareness.

In this role I'm coordinating 5 sales managers to be able to achieve the target by creating a marketing strategies.At this level, my achievements are no longer just sales figures but more about human development. I can develop 3 sales managers to become senior managers.

As a new comer manager in a different industry from the previous company was a challenge for me to adapt quickly.In less than a year I have been able to achieve sales results exceeding the target of a rookie, this is a legitimate that I can adapt to new environments and work patterns quickly without compromising on quality.This is also become my achievement considering I come from a different industry.

Astra International is the largest holding company, especially in automotive industry. Well known brands such as Toyota, Daihatsu, Honda (motorcycle), Isuzu, BMW. are some of the names that work with Astra International in IndonesiaIn this role, I'm responsible for ensuring that Astra's 133 motorcycle branches throughout Indonesia can run the excellent operation and achieve the targets.I set the company's goals into sales targets and then deploy national marketing strategy to achieve the target. I also coordinate with other departments such as finance, HR, budget, IT, GA in managing the operations of all branches.Sales management system, salesforce incentive system, sales monitoring system, sales targeting formula, retail sales department structure development are some of the projects I completed while I was in this role.The national breaking sales record and the national sales contribution record for two consecutive years are achievements that my team and I celebrate together, in addition to other achivements such as opening the most branches in a year.

As a Regional Retail Sales Head, I'm responsible for motorcycle retail sales in Greater Jakarta.I empower salesforce to reach retail sales with the marketing strategy that I've created.Breaking retail sales record and at the same time holding Bima's branch becomes an unforgettable achievement.

I came as task force commander in charge of running branch operations that were facing internal problems.I also fixed the branch management so that it could be delegated to the new permanent management.Maintaining the sales advantage of a branch that is having problems is an achievement that I got during my 3 months in office.

Sorong is a unique branch because it has the autonomy to manage its own logistics. This branch is also responsible for Honda motorcycle market share apart from the sales of the branch itself.In this branch, my achievement is to increase the market share from 60% to 80% and return the profit to be positive. I also opened a new area to increase branch sales so I prepared a new branch opening.

As a branch that is right in the center of a big city, I often do marketing activities in addition to sales activities.Maintaining the quality of service and customer relations are some of the things I do to maintain the image of the branch.Raising the rank of a branch from rank 3 to rank 1 in Bali's area is an achievement that I got in this branch.
