My main staple job over the years, have worked numerous hours and have worked in many roles such as cook, front server, drive thru etc. This job has taught me teamwork and the ability to work in pressure situations which in turn has improved my critical thinking, problem solving and leadership abilities. The skills I have gained in this position include communication, teamwork and adaptability. Developed a hard working culture at Rosebud KFC which has helped lead us to one of the highest earning stores in the country, increasing production by almost 10% each year.

Worked in many roles including a decanter out the back unboxing all the products that came into the store. Worked on the floor helping place products on shelves, helping customers etc. This helped to improve my customer support base that is transferrable through many jobs. Also worked behind the register as well. I developed communication, problem solving and organisational skills while in this job. Whilst working at Kmart, the summer that year was one of the busiest they had ever had and thankfully the extra staff we had helped us keep up with the 15% increase of sales from the year before.

Worked on a job site as a labourer, doing various jobs such as helping put up framing, barrowing concrete and ripping apart old buildings. This job taught me many hands on skills that will be handy moving on in the future. This position helped to me to show initiative moving forward in life, as well as the ability to collaborate with other around me.

Worked as a Christmas casual on the floor, helping with a range of tasks involving customer service, product placement and product unpacking. In this position I learnt how to communicate better, increased my knowledge of products as well as showed my ability in cash management. This was another summer job that had increased sales throughout the year, with a 30% increase compared to the middle of the year.
