My typical duties included managing a complex agenda for the CEO which involved: booking meetings, conferences, calls, travels and other arrangements. I would attend all meetings to take minuets, evaluate and thereafter write reports. Additionally, I was more or less preparing all correspondence on the CEO’s behalf. Knowledge gained: The most important thing I learned was to always read everything as well as how to prioritize matters/subjects that needed the most attention.

As a member of the board of directors, I was appointed to participate with a group of elected individuals that jointly oversaw the activities/policies within the land department in which were related to amongst other labor supply for big real estate projects. Knowledge gained: as an appointed member, I mostly learned how the internal support and reviews might fall out in regards to for instance buying land that might belong to an government entity.
