Organizational Systems & Effectiveness department optimizes the balance between profitability, risk, and growth through the principles of driving standardization, simplification, and sustainability.I was seconded and transferred later to the Organization Effectiveness team. We are a group of in-house consultants who support the company’s strategic initiatives and transformations from design to implementation.

FP&A department works as Business Partner to support Business Units in financial planning and decision making. We are responsible for the end-to-end financial planning process, including budgeting, sales target setting, volume forecasting, P&L review and KPI tracking.I mainly supported Gaming Marketing, and Casino Sales & Services departments. I refined their incentive target setting method, which helps improvement in both effectiveness and efficiency. The new method is more aligned with the market environment and focuses on equity between teams. In addition, the new method cuts 20% of processing time. I also helped set up a Power BI dashboard to track and visualize the BU’s KPIs and Key Task progress.

HRBP & Workforce Planning department acts as trusted HR advisor to the Corporate business units. We support the business units to navigate operational labor issues and to build strategic workforce plans for future developments. As a core member of the Strategic Workforce Planning team, I am responsible to build up the workforce analytics capability within the HRBP. I partnered with HRIS and IT departments to deliver the first Workforce Planning Analytics solution, supported by a rigorous employee data warehouse. As a Corporate HRBP, I supported the business in various workforce planning initiatives, including internal mobility programs, and staffing plans for future developments.

• Revamp and automate regular Recruitment reports to provide timely data support to Recruiters and Senior Management.• Create ad-hoc queries and reports to support Senior Management in identifying root cause of hiring and retaining talents and in designing the right interventions.• Roll out the first Data warehouse and Power BI tools in HR, a self-service platform for the Recruitment department to identify talent acquisition and retention pain points.

• Generate various regular reports for supporting the HR Analysis, operations and different informational and statistical reports submission• Develop labor related reports and analyses by extracting and exploiting data from various HR Information systems• Perform analyses based on HR data to assist management decision making process• Assist in budgeting processes and any special projects as assigned• Work closely with the HRIS team to continuously enhance the reporting function in various systems
