I lead the ‘UX and Product Design Experience’ practice at Quinnox. A passionate digital experience designer at heart, I have been largely involved in UI / UX design consulting and SaaS enterprise product design engagements for Quinnox and our customers with the sole aim of improving channel and product experiences and meet business outcomes across Banking & Fintech, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail and Manufacturing domains.With strong hands-on UX research, human factors, customer-centric design & customer journey mapping skills, coupled with my global experience of leading and working with diverse UX design, Usability and Accessibility teams, I bring value to various digital transformation consulting & product development teams across the entire design cycle - from idea generation, customer validation, to wire framing and prototyping ideas leading to MVP and production quality designs to help create products and customer experiences that are both user-friendly as well as accessibility compliant. I strongly vouch for early user testing and good design re-usability across the brand ecosystem for consistency and ease of customer adoption.With a continuous learning curve, I also try to keep my left brain engaged by learning emerging technologies so that I can bring about a confluence of AI based insights in product user interfaces to make them more insightful and relevant to customers. I foresee a change in the way customers interact with interfaces and have been toying around with designing POCs on conversational interfaces / chatbots using NLP and AI.I mentor and coach design teams, collaborate with marketing and customer support functions to gain and act on customer insights, speak at Analyst and NASSCOM events and occasionally conduct visiting faculty sessions at B-Schools and for the officers of the Naval War College for the Indian Navy.I love working with brands that truly care about their customers – and contribute to a workplace where I can strive to make a meaningful and impactful contribution through design.
