 Managed design and execution of multi-layered analytics solution to support care management program at regional health plan. Solution focused on member analysis and intervention, including a feedback loop to understand program ROI, enabling better program decisions Executed multiple enterprise data analytics strategies for regional and national health plans. Developed client business vision and identified key business capabilities focused on enhancing revenue, reducing care-related costs, increasing operating margin and reducing administrative expense. Defined roadmap and implementation plan for prioritized business capabilities with considerations across people, process and technology dimensions aligned with business vision Led the functional design of an integrated, real-time environment across disparate business units to define a single view of the customer for a national retail pharmacy. The project was considered a key initiative for the company and results were highly visible to C-level executives. The outcome of the project was the integration of over 8,000 points of care spread across multiple lines of business. Qualitative benefits included more accurate drug utilization revenue, improved customer service, real-time cross-sell opportunities, focused campaign management, and external integration with electronic health records Managed significant re-platform effort of legacy data mart to enterprise data warehouse at regional health plan. Utilized offshore development model to deliver workstream ahead of schedule and under budget.
