I am taking the community economic development and housing track in the Luskin school's urban planning program, with a particular interest in housing affordability and incremental reform of single-family zoning.My Graduate Student Researcher work mostly focuses on ADUs. It has included co-authoring a white paper on a grant-funded ADU affordable housing program, market research for a proposed real estate degree program, and editing academic articles and a book on ADUs.
