With over three years of experience in designing and facilitating innovative programs and projects, I have helped hundreds of individuals and teams unleash their potential and generate positive change.Currently, I am leading and managing two exciting initiatives: Reversed Board, a platform that enables top management and students to co-create the future of the company together, and Pangaea X, a program that combines innovation and transformation for becoming tomorrow's leaders. As a program manager at Pangaea X and Mike Horn SARL, I work with the renowned adventurer Mike Horn and a team of experts to deliver a unique learning experience that challenges the participants to create solutions for preserving the oceans, while developing their leadership, personal, and team skills.
