PhD project focused on the study of the clinical and molecular epidemiology as well as the pathophysiology of enterovirus D68 infections.-Master of Science (M1) internship supervisory (medecine student). Project focused on studying the EV-D68 neurotropisme using a neuronal cells model (SH-SY5Y).-Immunology teaching in tutorials (8h) and practical (54h) work in DUT Biological Engineering option Biological and Biochemical Analyzes (2nd year): CRP assay, antibody detection, immunoturbidimetric measurements, immunofluoresence, complement fixation test, ELISA.-Presentation of EV-D68 epidemiological data during the fifteenth national congress of the French Microbiology Society in October 2019 and the twenty-thirds Francophone days of virology in april 2021 (poster).
