I am part of international and distributed team to digitally transform the way how the travel products are offered on Web, creating common TUI Group E-Commerce platform based on Hybris solution. New solution of booking flow is promoting dynamic offering (base travel products as well as different kind of ancillaries) for the best customer experience.As part of delivery organisation I also helped to set and define effective software delivery trough continuous integration practices.
