During my experience at NALYS, I was appointed KAM in order to create and manage a trust relationship with UCB Pharma.My main goal was to move from Time & Material activities to Fix Fee and Fix Fee per Tasks services.Achievements with my teams:- Development of a Fix Price Model for QA Global Services including 3 departments at UCB and leading a team of 11 QA experts- Creation of a NALYS on-site Core Team composed by 10 experts dedicated to enhance our services within UCB and develop win-win solutions- Ramp-up of a Business Unit from 300k€ to 4M€ turnover in 4 yearsDuring these 5 years, I mainly developed People Management skills as:- Driving a Business Unit through operational performance- Empowering my teams (engineers, scientists, pharmacists and sales staff)- Identifying High Potentials and make them grow into the company

At NALYS, I was in charge of a new Business Unit development related to Life Sciences environment.It involves three main activities:- Business Development- Global account management- Recruitment

The SECUR-ED Project is a demonstration project with an objective to provide a set of tools to improve urban transport security. Participants include all the major stakeholders from across Europe.Based on best practices, SECUR-ED will integrate a consistent, interoperable mix of technologies and processes, covering all aspects; from risk assessment to complete training packages. These solutions will also reflect the very diverse environment of mass transportation and also considers societal and legacy concerns.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The PROTECTRAIL objective is to provide a viable integrated set of railway security solution, by considering: - the extent of the assets involved, - the nature of the possible threats, - the amount of technical requirements and operational constraints.The integration will follow an innovative way and will extend the scope of the project beyond the mission addressed by the EC call.PROTECTRAIL will develop mission oriented solution vs. asset-specific threats and will make them interoperable by designing a modular architectural framework where each solution can be “plugged”.PROTECTRAIL will also provide the basis for a streamlined process of federation, integration and interoperability of the developed solutions

HELILEO is a GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite Systems) test bed.At HELILEO, I was in charge of a new project called 3M’s for Mobile Management Mission. The purpose of this activity was to highlight a common bond, called Technology Brick, for several projects of the company to be used as the basics for all new alternatives offered by HELILEO.I also worked on UAVs (Unmaned Aerial Vehicles) embedded systems in partnership with Bordeaux Technowest and Camp de Souge, the first European protected area for mini and micro civilian UAVs development.

During my apprenticeship at HELILEO, I investigated a new field of research linked with agricultural issues. In order to understand the client needs and look for innovative alternative to guide him in its recovering process, I was in charge of a consulting mission in New-Zealand.The context of my mission was the following. From France with the development of the Psa disease both in New Zealand we are keen to look at whether the monitoring of the same parameters linked with Psa infection events and detection will enable us to predict high risk periods. If high risk periods can be detected then appropriate strategies to minimize the risk of infection could be considered.Challenge was to identify issues relating to agricultural production in New Zealand and make assumptions on PSA-v management.
