Selected an EPCI contractor for 3 Floating Sub-Structures, supporting 7 KW wind turbines, 20 km off Fos-sur-mer, for the Provence Grand Large Project (PGL), in order to bid to the ADEME’s call for proposals for first floating offshore wind farm in France.

- Planned the development of thirty web applications used in risk management for retail banking, especially for the delivery of regulatory submissions (i.e. CCAR and Basel reports).- Monitored budgets to optimize the use of ressources.

- Coordinated purchase of material and services for the Offshore installation of 3 platforms and the laying of a 80 km pipeline on the Perla Project off Venezuela for a JV between ENI and REPSOL.- Monitored procurement budget and coordinating purchases made by a pool of 5 buyers ($100M of procurement on a total project cost of $250M).

At Citibank, North America Cards, Credit scoring & customers analytics.- Piloted quarterly validations of 24 models (algorithms) used to define bank strategies on new and existing credit cards for North American customers.- Coordinated the different teams involved in the modeling and the daily use of algorithms to facilitate the success of validations (40 people in the US and India).

- Developed the methodology and managed a local team for the fabrication of 2,200 T of steel structures (Gravity foundations, Buoyancy tanks, spools …) for a total amount of $20M on EXXONMOBIL’s KIZOMBA B - FPSO Project.- Pioneered the fabrication of Buoyancy tanks and Gravity Foundations in Africa for Saipem.- Developed a new fabrication yard ($13M of investment).

Responsible for cost estimation and preparation of technical & commercial proposals for a total submitted amount of $600M, with $400M awarded, concerning:- Offshore platforms and floating units (FPSO, FSO and SPM) transportation and installation, including heavy lifts of modules and associated hook-up works.- Pipeline and cable-laying, with dredging, horizontal drilling, burial and landing.
