    Après avoir travaillé dans le retail pendant 5 ans dans une structure internationale et historique, j'ai souhaité m'orienter vers une entreprise beaucoup plus petite dans laquelle j'aurai une influence sur la plupart des décisions. J'ai donc intégré Comptoir des Pros en 2020 en tant que Pricing Manager, période durant laquelle j'ai pu apporter mon expertise aux équipes dans la modernisation de la gestion tarifaire via des outils de pricing innovants, ainsi que pour l'automatisation de leurs tâches quotidiennes. Fort de cette réussite, j'ai rapidement repris la direction de l'offre produit en plus de la responsabilité du pricing.Comptoir des Pros est entreprise dynamique qui compte moins de 15 salariés mais qui a de grandes ambitions. Après un rachat en 2018, l’ADN de la société a totalement changé pour intégrer le client au cœur de ses préoccupations et chercher à proposer du matériel de qualité professionnelle pour le plus grand nombre ce qui correspondait bien à mes valeurs et raison pour laquelle je souhaitais participer au projet.A la tête d’une équipe de 4 personnes, je participe donc au quotidien à la mise en place d’une offre de produit attractive et cohérente avec les besoins du marché. En amélioration continue, je me suis également formé puis ai formé mon équipe a l’utilisation de nouveau outils tels que l’IA pour faciliter leurs tâches au quotidien. En relation étroite avec les différents services, j’interviens également dans la prise de décision stratégique de l’entreprise aux niveaux achats, marketing et logistique. Les différentes actions mises en place depuis mon arrivée ont pour le moment permis de doubler le CA sur 3 ans.

    In charge of a strategic product portfolio, my main mission was to define the range, marketing, price and inventory strategies and ensure their application within the network of 400 stores.
