I primarily handle projects in the field of customer service automation, omnichannel contact centers and software developement.-Managing projects with an OTOBOSOQ approach (on time, on budget, on scope, on quality)-Responsible for managing the project budget, planning, and execution, aiming to achieve the set objectives while respecting costs, maintaining scope, and meeting the timelines agreed with the client.-Managing risks and potential conflicts between the team and the client-Planning and conducting global project follow-ups, proposing corrective actions to the client to address deviations-Conducting comprehensive economic follow-ups in highly complex projects (revenues, costs, margins, payments, etc.)-Responsible for resource management and allocation based on priorities, forecasts, and risk mitigation actions-Managing client expectations within the contract, coordinating and aligning all involved project areas-Ensuring the quality of deliverables, in compliance with the contractual KPIs agreed with the client and the company ecosystem-Preparing and managing internal and client-facing progress reports, presentations, commercial offers, etc.-Estimating (cost, margin, revenues) initiatives and/or change requests and managing the related economic offerPresale- Developing and coordinating proposals that meet client/market needs- Proposing innovative and economically sustainable solutions- Evaluating new technologies and/or market products- Defining and developing commercial proposals for new clients Show less
