I am a passionate and enthusiastic project and technology professional with broad experience across diverse industries and have a talent for change management and delivering successful outcomes, while bringing out and developing the best in others. Having moved from the highly regulated and complex airline industry to an equally regulated and ever-changing social housing sector, I further developed my adaptable and transferable skill-set. I relocated to Melbourne, Australia in 2014 and found myself expanding my skills and experience further in the financial services sector and now into the healthcare and aged care sector.My experience in managing complex business portfolios of change has allowed me to gain a deep understanding of all functions and levels of the enterprise. From engaging with executive management teams to translating strategy into robust, integrated business and technology change programs, through to presenting roadshows to front line staff and customers, I have drawn on my emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills to navigate the complex change journey to success.I have passionately led a number of significant transformation programs, leading large teams through major system and enterprise-wide implementations, process change, cultural change, centralisation and restructuring. Having implemented and directed the enterprise project management practice, technology teams and PMO in a number of different iterations, I have gained great experience in developing the maturity and successes of projects and programs while focusing on uplifting capability and capacity for both the team and the organisation. I believe in developing people and driving innovation and have spent a number of years developing as a coach and internal consultant, enhancing my skills in both people and outcome development.
