The Head of Events is the label's point person for managing relationships with major stakeholders, namely artists, management, agents,promoters, and business sponsors, always ensuring that all receive great value and a positiveexperience from working with Monstercat.Monstercat is one of electronic music's most influential independent record labels. Founded in Canada in 2011, Monstercat has since expanded its global footprint with three offices across Vancouver, Los Angeles and Singapore. Leading the movement towards artist sustainability, its mission has remained the same: to empower a creative and passionate community of artists and fans through innovation.

Vital produces multiple internationally recognized branded concerts in the dance music space including Wobbleland and Toxic Summer. We also manage the careers of several internationally touring dance, hiphop, and pop music acts and producers. My primary foci are Business Development and Sales.

-Developed cloud-based performance tracking system that allowed team members to easily check in while working and managers to easily measure and compare performance. Gamified promoter rewards. -Grew street team to over 100 members with 6 regional managers throughout Northern California, greatly reducing marketing budgets by driving organic engagement.

I also developed outbound marketing campaigns and currently administrate our salesforce.com platform. I oversaw multiple SDR/inside sales reps and a design team. Completed my first year quota within five months, including two major $350k++ deals I shepherded from cold outreach to signed contract.

Sales development rep for a Silicon Valley-based contract furniture dealer. Closed my first client Platfora with a $80k office solution, beating our primary competitor Herman Miller, who was the incumbent provider.
