Max is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of LSA Consultants Pte Ltd, a firm specialising in business resilience consulting. He leads a team of senior consultants advising MNCs and SMEs on security and resilience standards implementation and management to prioritise, reduce and mitigate identified risks to business revenue and operations. This includes consultancy for ISO Resilience Standards relating to Anti Bribery, Information Security, Business Continuity and Supply Chain Security.Prior to joining LSA Consultants Pte Ltd,  Max served as the Chief Security Officer for the YCH Group, a leading Singapore based logistics and supply chain management company. He was responsible for their development, implementation and management of global supply chain security strategies and programs. Apart from this, Max also spearheaded the strategy to build sustainable competitive advantage for the YCH Group through pragmatic and innovative security solutions that were benchmarked against security standards like TAPA, CTPAT and STP. Max also attained the prestigious distinction of heading the implementation and subsequent certification of YCH Group as the first company in the world to achieve ISO 28000:2007 in the Logistics and SCM industry. Prior to this, Max served as a senior Auxiliary Police Officer for AETOS Security Management overseeing all aspects of security operations at Changi International Airport. During his tenure as the Commanding Officer, he was also actively involved with ICAO and TSA security audits as well as emergency preparedness for airport operations. Apart from this, he also held the concurrent portfolio as the principal Supply Chain Security Consultant for AETOS Security Management. Max holds a MBA from the University of Western Australia and a Master in Security Management from the Edith Cowan University.
