I’m a college dropout turned entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience working in various startups, where I’ve held roles like Managing Director and Head of Sales. Despite not following the traditional path, I’ve learned that building a strong team is key to success and makes the work much more enjoyable. I’ve had the chance to lead over 100 great employees, and I’m always looking for ways to be a better leader, find the right people, and keep them motivated.Right now, building Forecastly AI, an impact technology startup focused on saving the world from food waste. We help major restaurant chains, bakery chains, and amusement parks predict customer demand so they can reduce labor and food costs. After spending five years in the food industry, I was surprised by how much good food gets wasted and how many decisions are still based on gut feeling instead of data. We’re here to change that.When I’m not building startups, you’ll find me skiing, riding my motorcycle through nature, or reading books.
