Founded the AV Performance org, a home for all performance engineering and HPC programming at Cruise. Supporting robotics and machine learned workloads running on highly heterogeneous platforms inside production autonomous vehicles across multiple urban markets in the USA.

Matured and grew the Perf Arch team into a core contributor for AVSW bringup on new platforms, AVSW reliability & latency on current platforms. TL for system performance and feature enablement on the Origin platform.

Joined Cruise as a GPU/HPC Software Engineer, authoring high performance codes for our AVSW stack.After a year, founded and led the Performance Architecture team at Cruise, the home for system-wide, top-down performance, latency, resource usage analysis & optimization.

Support the development of computational, analysis, and storage infrastructure for projects in environmental health in the Children's Environmental Health Initiative (CEHI). Responsible for the development of the code base and infrastructure for the Texas Flood Registry and COVID-19 Registry (registry.rice.edu).

Application-driven research in machine learning, graph algorithms, and high performance computing as a member of the Habanero Extreme Scale Software Research Project. Emphasis on productive programming systems for irregular applications on high performance and heterogeneous compute and networking hardware.Representative to the OpenSHMEM Standards Committee
