I worked in the Staff On Demand group, which is a workgroup that assists other teams as needed. This gave me the opportunity to work with several different teams and handle various tasks. The groups I worked with were:People Compliance - In this group, I primarily worked on writing templates for employment contracts for new markets and updating the information on internal channels.Developer Services Support - This group supports developers in their daily work. Here, I worked in Jira to issue tickets for changes that needed to be made in AWS and extensively used Excel. Through precision and efficiency, I ensured the swift and accurate handling of these changes.People Advisory - In this group, I was responsible for distributing and compiling the survey that departing employees responded to. By managing this process in a structured manner, I contributed to gathering valuable feedback and insights to improve our personnel strategy and work environment.

I worked as a driver at the parcel terminal in Segeltorp on the side my university studies. The duties varied from picking up packages from companies to delivering packages to private individuals

During my time at McDonald's, I began as a part-time employee in Västberga while attending high school. After graduating, I transitioned to full-time employment and quickly advanced to the role of shift manager. Throughout my tenure as a shift manager, I underwent extensive internal training to enhance my skills and knowledge in restaurant operations.In 2018, I was afforded the opportunity to step into the position of restaurant manager at McDonald's in Hallunda. As a restaurant manager, I assumed a multitude of responsibilities and challenges, which I enthusiastically embraced. In this role, I held ultimate accountability for all aspects of the restaurant's operations.One of the key aspects of my role was managing the personnel and ensuring an efficient work environment. I led recruitment processes, developed work schedules, and conducted training sessions to ensure that the team performed at its highest level. Additionally, I was responsible for creating and implementing schedules to ensure that the restaurant always had adequate staffing to meet demand.Budgeting and cost monitoring were also central to my role. I developed and monitored the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness. By analyzing sales data and expenses, I could identify areas for improvement and implement measures to maximize profitability.As a restaurant manager, I also served as the primary point of contact for labor relations issues and managed relationships with labor unions and employee representatives. I carefully adhered to labor regulations and laws to ensure a fair and safe working environment for all employees.
