As a third generation in the Real Estate industry, I've been surrounded by development and asset management my entire life through my parents and grandparents. I started my undergraduate experience as a Psychology major and was on track to Psychotherapy; however, I soon discovered I wanted to engross myself in everything Real Estate. As a child, I was fascinated by what my mother, grandmother, and grandfather did for a living. At any chance I could, I would get involved by visiting my family’s strip malls or hearing about new deals they’re working on. Later in life, I began to appreciate architecture and the idea of developing properties that prove influential and beneficial for everyday life. I am devoted to practical design but strive to integrate art and my passions into the projects I am involved with. After completing the MSRE program at Chapman, I learned more about how the economy affects real estate, how to grow an asset by adding value, and how to use data analytics for better decision-making. As an undergrad, I consistently managed, led, and coordinated with individuals; through the MSRE program, I was able to hone more of these skills. What inspired me to study real estate was the opportunity to create spaces where people can build memories, find inspiration, and directly enjoy what I've contributed. I love to focus on the granular aspects that affect the individuals that real estate touches, as every detail can add a sense of love and care that I believe people recognize.
