I have 30+ years of visionary leadership and high performance senior management experience in international and multi-cultural environments with a cross-sectorial and multi-faceted background encompassing finance, entrepreneurship, business management, market development, information and communication technologies (systems definition and implementation), and logistics. For 14 years I managed the only Islamic compliant microcaps hedge fund. The fund specialized in structured investments, making them directly into public companies (PIPEs). The fund achieved not only growing and solid returns for the investors but also received industry-wide recognition as an ethical and company-friendly investor. During my tenure, we invested in more than 700 companies, ranking amongst the top 20 most active funds in our space. I have very strong interpersonal skills, high integrity and commitment. A principle-oriented leader, I am a team player and an effective, results-oriented, self-motivated leader. Creative and innovative, I have an enthusiastic character thriving on challenges. My strong analytical and organizational skills in conjunction with other assets have helped me to transform my visions into business objectives and ultimately valuable reality. My present goal: to use my best skills, assets and overall experience working with partners, allies and clients in small synergic teams sharing the same vision respecting ethical values in view of implementing innovative projects that generate equitable wealth to share among the parties involved.
