Key Duties:Handling of all maintenance related issues and deposit refunds for our 4 Franchises.This includes:- Liaising with Tenants and Owners – Advising tenants of procedure. Advising owners of problems and requesting permission to issue contractors. Giving feedback to both parties. Sending of quotes to owner’s for approval.- Liaising with contractors – Issuing of jobs, handling of quotes and invoices.- Handling and following up on queries with all parties.- Dealing with the respective Body Corporates where applicable.- Dealing with respective Insurance companies where applicable.- Ascertaining damages for tenants.- Sending out take back inspections and advising procedure.- Handling disputes/queries from tenants and owners.- Obtaining quotes for damages.- Sending through of quotes and calculations for refund.- All done within SLA.I also assisted tenants and owners with handling general queries where possible. I have also handled the loading of municipal and body corporate statement charges to both owners and tenants on a monthly basis and handled any queries pertaining to them.Working in a deadline driven position and handle the pressure which comes with it. Learning to resolve queries and disputes and working in a very customer orientated position. I have learnt to work on both UniBase and Unique.
