My own Yoga practice has helped me to grow, get stronger and more flexible, both on and off the mat and inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.As a yoga teacher and therapist I would like to pass this ancient wisdom on to my students, in a useful and understandable way, so that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
