In addition to my main role I voluntarily organise and approve all charity events based in all TSO/Williams Lea Norfolk offices on behalf of the current company chosen charity AGE UK & our previous charity Cancer research UK . My role is to manage all of the internal charity communications and produce any relevant marketing materials. I have contributed to various meetings in our London offices with other charity committee members from around the UK as well as the account managers of the chosen the charity to propose new campaign ideas.

I run highly successful Campaigns for a wide range of publicatons.Myself and the team will contact New and existing customers to make them aware of the new titles that are due for release, explain the benefits of the material to themselves and their company's.We will run campaigns on a regular basis during these extremely busy periods, we will set up the Campaign's from scratch. We will firstly Brainstorm and select the correct companies to market . We will then go over the campaign material so we are confident if asked in depth questions from our customers. We then create an original e-mail to send out to our target audience. Following this we will chase the e-mail up in the following days and weeks to ensure I have reached the correct target audience.I will also help the customers with any customer service issues that they have. I will try my best to ensure the customer has a stress free purchase, and if they have any issues after purchasing I make sure my customer after care is perfect.
