Managing a sales team in a highly competitive financial market; setting and working towards a budget to ensure target growth met and exceeded. Seen by the company as the ‘Managing Director’ of Banbury branch who is responsible for all aspects of the branch including cash flow, profit performance, commission income, lead generation and business development, client retention, compliance, recruitment, career development, staff training, property maintenance and presentation of the premises. To ensure the branch worked in a ‘compliant’ manner in line with regulations set by the Financial Services Authority, with quarterly internal audits carried out. Set and developed high standards in working practices whilst maintaining an enjoyable working atmosphere for the sales team to excel in.

Stansted

Working from aircraft maintenance and structural repair manuals, carrying out scheduled and unscheduled tasks on both heavy and light checks on 727-200, 737-200, 300, 400, 700 and 800 aircraft. Also studying for Engineers A Licence.Strict paperwork organisation and safe working practices were adhered to whilst studying towards a Civil Aviation Engineers Licence. Key Skills level 3 was achieved along with an NVQ2 in Engineering. A General Hand skills and Understanding Engineering Drawings Course held at Dublin Airport, was also completed.
