Organize and control welltimed and high quality work of the divisions: Department of support services vehicles, Capital Workovers, Current Workovers, Production Automation Shop, and Power Supply Division. Perform all the planned organizational and technical work, emergency workovers of wells and other production units. Engineering supervision of contractor’s construction work on pad, resting field bases , buster pump station, pad pump stations, boiler houses, oil gathering facilities and water pipelines. Take part in commission on new facilities acceptance. Prepare proposals on reconstruction and technical upgrade of the shop, new equipment, comprehensive mechanization and automation of the processes. Participate in field construction project review. Online management of the entire production cycle, production shop rig coordination.
