During my time within the company I acted across both Support Worker and Service Assistant roles involving:- providing community access and in-home support to NDIS clients- acting in the role of a team leader, having helped to create and grow group services, resources, and programs- managing a case load of clients in the role of Service Assistant, fulfilling case management and group co-ordination duties including: maintaining and developing client documentation, support plans, etc.; liaising with stakeholders to ensure client needs and goals were at the forefront of client care; developing client-specific and group resources

My role as an outside school hours care (OSHC) educator allowed me to further develop my teamwork and communication skills, whilst enabling me to grow my supervision and management capabilities as the scope, and associated responsibilities, of my role developed. My responsibilities included: - supervising groups of children at a 1:15 ratio in various settings- developing educational and active/sport programs- working in a team of educators, where consistent and clear communication was key, in order to ensure effective supervision of children

My role in the security industry allowed me to develop an extensive understanding and proficiency for working within large teams, develop my leadership capabilities through various team leader/head guard roles, across a variety of placements and contracts, such as private functions, large scale events such as the Melbourne Cup, and international events such as the G20 summit.
