Job Responsibilities: - Accountable to manage inbound material flow and plan transport and deliver outbound products in a timely and accurate manner, ensure continuous improvement of warehouse performance.- Operate warehouse and managing the security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review, as also audit of incoming and outgoing shipments.- Responsible for the maintenance and compilation of documents for the purpose of data entry and following- up in the event of discrepancies and ensuring compliance with appropriate regulations and policies and timely and accurate resolution of issues that may arise.- Ensure reverse logistics is managed and salvage activities are performed- Supervision, selection, coaching and evaluation of team personnel to ensure operational efficiency.Job Overview:- Managing inventory flow and ensure adherence to production schedules. Supervises shipping, receiving, loading & unloading trucks, stacking, picking and packaging of material.- Ensuring the department’s cost-efficient operation by implementing and selecting the most cost- efficient carrier, negotiates on shipping rates, as appropriate, etc. - Prepares and analyzes inventory reports to identify slow-moving or surplus stock. Determines space requirements for storage, schedules delivery and distribution of parts and materials to achieve distribution objectives.- Recommends changes in procedures to improve the operation efficiency of the unit. Ensures the department meets all transportation laws.- Working closely with Order Management to ensure inbound and outbound orders are fulfilled in a timely manner by the 3PL provider.- Ensuring WMS procedures are followed once it is implemented by providing adequate training to the users and staff. Managing 55,000 Sq Meter warehouse with AED 18 million annual warehousing & Distribution budget
