- Act as the product visionary for the project in development within the company;- Oversee the entire production cycle using Unreal Engine 5;- Define work scopes for all milestones, monitor their execution, prevent scope creep, and adjust the scope based on changes in external and internal requirements;- Conduct product, art, and technical reviews of the product;- Lead the internal R&D team as team leader;- Coordinate with external technology and content creation contractors;- Identify dependencies between the development team and other company products, and remove roadblocks for the production team;- Participate in the professional growth of each team member by conducting monthly 1-on-1s, identifying their strengths, assisting in their development, providing regular feedback, and setting goals for career advancement;- Hire new employees;- Collaborate closely with marketing, user acquisition, and monetization design departments.
