- Preparing management reporting for 2 companies of SIBUR;- Preparing business model and EBITDA updating on a monthly basis;- Participating in cost optimization projects;- Preparing monthly plan-fact analysis and correction budgets based on results;- Interacting with the appropriate services and financial responsibility centers (FRC) forcompliance with the financial / payment discipline, improve the quality and accuracy of planning, obtaining the relevant comments:- Participation in the formation of the annual business plan for 2 companies of SIBUR group;- Organizing and implementing the budget committees of the relevant services and the Center for Financial Responsibility (FRC);- Preparing presentations and analytical materials;- Participation in annual and quarterly audit (internal and external);- Participation in improving companies economic efficiency projects;- Calculating of working capital (AP; AR; materials);- successful implementation of the Lean Six Sigma methodology in the company (project manager).
