I became interested in mobile development in my previous position, but I was essentially appointed technical director of the company. I didn't like it much, because I wanted to create, Therefore, at the same time, I created mobile applications for the company, combining this with managing the IT department and meetings. To this day, I hold the position of technical director, but I create applications, for example, now the company has focused on one of the applications that I created in my free time, to brighten up everyday life with colleagues, namely, I created an internal corporate social network, everyone liked it and we decided to make a full-fledged product for everyone.Also, in my free time, I created applications for myself and some applications I shared with others, you can find them here: risefall.org

Working as a front-end developer, I saw that the company had many holes and problems. The first thing I did was write a time tracking system so that employees could report in and out, see your statistics, lateness, overtime, etc. because before that they printed out a sheet of paper with names and wrote with their hands when they came and left, and at the end of the month they counted everything.Afterwards, I optimized the work of content managers by rewriting the console in which they worked, and now the work that they previously did within 2-3 hours began to be completed in 2-3 minutes. After that, my salary was immediately increased and I was appointed head of the department.Then I continued to optimize the company’s work and employee productivity increased significantly

This is an IT company where I initially created websites and web applications

It was a company that dealt with fire extinguishing equipment. There they started me as a content manager, but I studied a lot and After a few months, I insisted that they let me write a website for the company, they allowed me, and so my journey as a developer began. By the end of my work at the company, all the sites were written by me, and I also wrote an internal corporate directory using my own framework. I also wrote a mini-antivirus in C# that checked site files for viruses, this was needed for one old site on WordPress, which they could not refuse for a long time and I had to “heal” it, but then I rewrote it too and everything became fine :)
