As Operations/Client Services manager for J. Batchelor, I handle everything related to our client’s needs, which are interior designers as well as our vendor’s needs (high-end furniture manufacturers). - Process all payments from clients to vendors, create order verifications for clients and vendors- Inventory management of vendor showroom floor samples - Manage the company’s database and train staff on use - Account Payables- Commission Reporting- Budget Reporting - End of the Month financial reports for the vendors and the owner- Maintain all hardware and software for all office computer systems

Managed the distribution and circulation of 4 titles: Las Olas Magazine, LRM Magazine, International Yachtsman Magazine and Rooms Magazine. Las Olas and LRM are printed 10 times a year with a print run of 25,000 copies per issue. International Yachtsman Magazine is printed 6 times a year with a print run of 25,000 copies per issue. Rooms Magazine is printed 4 times a year with a print run of 40,000 copies per issue.
