Agglopolys is the conurbation authority of Blois (109 000 inhabitants). As an intern in the Agglopolys Legal Affairs and Public Procurement Direction, my missions were :- Assist the Head of Department in creating an internal operating manual for French procurement procedures.- Drafting position papers and material for the Conurbation elected representatives and managing director.
