On assignment for Caterpillar via Segula Technologies in Bron as Manufacturing Engineer - D6K Platform- Definition and implementation of the process and assembly means for the introduction of a new Type Track Tractor product.- Animation of risk assessment, FMEA and process reviews.- Collaborative work with Logistics, Design and Production Departments.- Participation in the design review in order to improve future assembly sequences.- Production of different TTT models (D6K LRC, D6K Army, D6K Tech Update)- Due to the modification of the assembly line, in order to integrate new models, Participation in the update of the assembly sequences of all existing products.- Participation in the D4 testbed.- Preparation of the production ramp-up phase.- Realization of assembly ranges, work standards and training of line operators.- Management of the necessary tools (tightening wrenches, lifting means, etc...

On assignment for Caterpillar via Segula Technologies in Bron as Current Products Coordinator - Structure Department- Treatment of Non-conformities- Requests or Creation for supplier's deviation.- Discovery, documentation, prioritization and resolution of problems on existing machines in interaction with different departments (Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistic).- Support to CAT production plants in Brazil, Grenoble, Hungary and Poland.- Management of the maintenance database.- Design, Simulation as well as Drawing under Creo and Integration under Teamcenter.

Since February, I am responsible for 2 separate missions:- 50% of my time at Design Office with the same functions as before. However, I am now in charge of updating the product catalog and training / transfer of knowledge for newcomers.- Now 50% of my time is dedicated to business with LEAN Manufacturing with the deployment of various tools such as 5S (optimization of working conditions and working time ensuring the organization, cleanliness and security of a work plan), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or the CLEANLINESS (Educate staff to maintain the layout in accordance with the rules of health, cleanliness and of security).

- Analysis and implementation of modifications for one or more of the following activities: reduce costs, improve security, facilitate assembly and / or production of parts.- Design of new products according to client requirement: creating new parts, BOMs, CAD drawings and ERP implementation.- Participation as a designer to a renewal project of a range of products.- Realization of technical documentation for customers.- Local support for the migration of the database of an ERP to another. Analysis and improvement of the database.- Support Activity for the BE and for other departments as production, quality and purchasing.- Coordination of activities with other BE located abroad.

- Formalizing development topics (ideas from internal and external reflections);- Performing a "macro" system design by defining architectures (circuit type, inputs / outputs, main operating modes ...), duty cycles with the associated constraints (lifetimes, cost of maintenance ...) ;- Evaluation of technologies and adequacy from wholesalers to hydraulic transmissions offered by Poclain Hydraulics to customers (pressure level, permissible flow, failure mode ...);- Writing functional specifications (technological issues and markets, strengths / weaknesses, opportunities / threats ...) allowing the arbitration of the "Make or Buy" ;- Generation of technical files to be used for codification, purchase, supply and pricing as well as carrying supports for sale: pitch, pre-sales technical documentation and after sales;- Performing pre Studies (realistic sizing) for the first evaluation phase (Phase 0 development projects);- Modeling and simulating the operation of system architectures;- Participation in development service entrusted to project managers with the ability to independently manage certain folders from the second year.
