In the CAF, I held various leadership positions, including Adjutant and Operations Manager at 1 Canadian Field Hospital, where I planned and executed numerous health operations and exercises in collaboration with National Level Units.My skills include human resources management, operations management, diversity and inclusion, project management, and strategic management. My ongoing Master of Business Administration (MBA) studies at Athabasca University, with a focus on organizational leadership, further enhance these skills. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Royal Military College of Canada.I aim to leverage my education, skills, and experience to foster growth and excellence within the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.
