Chapter Lead - Business Intelligence
Current• Lead the Data & Analytics user group within Mileway, ensuring discussions are on track and creating a framework to gather input and requirements from stakeholders across the business.• Work closely with our BI vendor and data back-end team to prototype and develop information products that support business goals and objectives.• Create best-in-class reporting that brings BI to the heart of our business, providing valuable insights that enable Finance and Asset Management Analysis to discuss market scenarios.• Perform analysis based on data profiling and data prototypes, and create financial management dashboards and reports in collaboration with Financial Planning & Analysis and SPA departments.• Serve as an ambassador and educator on the function of business intelligence and the Tableau environment, training users to get the best out of reports and advocating for data-driven decision making.• Ensure the best quality and performance within the value stream and conduct 1-on-1 sessions with Chapter members to discuss their individual performance.
