• Lead the Data & Analytics user group within Mileway, ensuring discussions are on track and creating a framework to gather input and requirements from stakeholders across the business.• Work closely with our BI vendor and data back-end team to prototype and develop information products that support business goals and objectives.• Create best-in-class reporting that brings BI to the heart of our business, providing valuable insights that enable Finance and Asset Management Analysis to discuss market scenarios.• Perform analysis based on data profiling and data prototypes, and create financial management dashboards and reports in collaboration with Financial Planning & Analysis and SPA departments.• Serve as an ambassador and educator on the function of business intelligence and the Tableau environment, training users to get the best out of reports and advocating for data-driven decision making.• Ensure the best quality and performance within the value stream and conduct 1-on-1 sessions with Chapter members to discuss their individual performance.

• Designing new business processes, capabilities and supporting technologies• Replacing previous tools (such as Excel or Access) by using BI tools such as MicroStrategy ,Tableau and Alteryx.• Bridging Internal/External business teams with Internal/External technology teams• Communicating with senior business owners and documenting technical and functionaluser requirements and specifications• Serving as a Subject Matter Expert and Point of Contact in assigned area and ChangeManagement processes• Supporting Senior Business Intelligence Expert in new and existing initiatives• Identifying opportunities for streamlining and automation

• Strategy adjustments and reporting (offers, ad sales orders, load factor, high-value productperformance...)Implement revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices.• Identify new revenue opportunities with the Business Intelligence Dept.• Challenge and influence Product marketing & Brand Partnership to improve service level and operational standards.• Participation in cross-functional revenue projects and other duties as assigned by Revenue Manager in charge of local coordination• Creation of Dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, reporting builder, Google Data Studio) and OLAP
