BeBlue specializes in the identification and B2C marketing of brands engaged in eco-design, in the worlds of Sport and High Tech, with a particular focus on Garmin NOH products.As co-founder and digital director, I lead the project and the development of the digital activity from A to Z:- Management of the profit center, annual turnover €1.2M / 9 employees- Operational management of store developments (Magento 2), from creation to updates and optimizations.- Definition and implementation of commercial policy and brand identity- Implementation and monitoring of multi-channel marketing: Flow manager, marketplace distribution in France & Europe (Amazon, BackMarket, Cdiscount, Decathlon and other marketplaces managed under Mirakl)- Creation of Dataviz / Reporting decision support tools via Microsoft Power BI- Definition and implementation of automation scenarios and simplification of internal information flows (Power Automate, Sharepoint, etc.)- Implementation and monitoring of optimization of Digital Marketing operations (SMO, SEA, affiliation, etc.).- Launch of partnerships and influence networks
