- Responsible for daily operations throughout France.- Direct supervision of two teams of a total of 15 people.- Optimisation of the efficiency of teams through implementation of new process, tools and automatization.- Strategic advices & decisions for development, recruitment and organisation.- Working on putting client satisfaction at the centre of our business.- Definition, creation and control of KPIs.

- Responsible for daily operations in 5 cities of different countries in Europe (UK, France, Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland)- Supervision and completion of maintenance and renovation works in residential.- Personal management of 10 people day to day: planing, coaching, organising. - Supervision of several teams throughout Europe, in total around 50 people.- Strategic advice and decisions for development, recruitment and organisation during meetings with the Founders.- Recruitment, training and management of new staff. - Creation from scratch of internal processes and training of them for several departments: Business Development, Human Resources, Operations, Customer Service.- Implementation and management of several software: Trello, Monday.com, Airtable, Bamboo HR, Slack, Kigo, Guesty, Zapier…- Improvement of internals processes through automations.- Sourcing of new clients, closing of new deals and renegotiations of contracts.- Definition, creation and control of our KPIs.
