Missions:• Overall management of the IBC (site for broadcasting sports competitions) for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, with a budget of €153M and generated revenues of €750M• Lead a team of 987 people, ensure effective team management and optimal performance• Strategic planning and operational execution of the construction and operation of the IBC, in partnership with key stakeholders (French State, IOC, OBS, Orange, Enedis, GL Events, Loxam, ADP – Paris Airports, rights holders).• Crisis management, real-time decision-making, ensuring service continuity and rapid resolution of technical incidents during the Games.Key results: • International recognition in managing large-scale projects, demonstrated by the success of the Paris 2024 Games broadcast.• Cost optimization, P&L management, and agility in budget management for IBC operations.• Public speaking and representing the network at events related to the Games.• Inspire internal teams, foster a culture of collaboration and performance.• Cross-functional management, IBC representation, co-construction, and negotiation with various stakeholders. • Business development for the promotion and commercialization of IBC services.• Draft reports and communication materials.• Social media and digital communication management for the IBC.• Infrastructure development, construction, or renovation of facilities for the Games.• Coordinate with stakeholders and interdepartmental collaboration to ensure project success.• Lead a team of 987 people, including a core team of 91 members.
