Missions : • State of the art on halfah grass and natural fibre materials.• Determination of the Alfa's mechanical properties: tensile, compressive, shear and flexural strength. • Design and manufacture of the skateboard in Alfa fibre-reinforced composite. • Manufacture (lamination) of the skateboard. • Experimental skateboard resistance analysis and concept validation. • Documentation of the work.

Missions: • Comparison of plastic materials as an alternative to metal materials using the example of a flange o Comparative test procedure for plastic parts (flange assemblies) o Introduction to the test field (test chambers, measuring devices) and their individual operation. o Constructive design of test devices • Creation of a calculation program for ball bearings in Excel according to DIN281 • Dimensioning the tightening torques of screwed connections according to customer requirements • Creation of dimensional drawings. • 3D design and generation of engineering drawings with SolidWorks • Calculation of interference fits for safety-relevant components • Experimental press-fit tests on a traction machine • Participation in ongoing development themes/projects
